If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) to direct businesses not to sell or share your personal information. This page explains our position and how to exercise your right.

Our position on “sale”

Praxxii Global does not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of the word — we do not, and have never, exchanged your personal information for money with a third party.

Our position on “sharing” (cross-context behavioural advertising)

The CCPA / CPRA defines “sharing” broadly to include disclosures of personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising, even when no money changes hands. When our website loads advertising and analytics tags — Google Ads / Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET), LinkedIn Insight Tag — those platforms may receive identifiers that could fall within this definition.

We only load those tags after you affirmatively consent via our cookie banner, and we honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sharing for that purpose. If you have GPC enabled in your browser, or if you selected “Reject all” (or a granular equivalent) in our cookie banner, those tags will not load and no sharing will occur for the corresponding categories.

How to opt out

You have three options, all of which we honour:

  1. Use the cookie settings. Click and reject the advertising / measurement categories. This is equivalent to a CCPA opt-out request for browser-based sharing.
  2. Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser (available natively in some browsers and as an extension in others — see globalprivacycontrol.org). Our site reads and honours the GPC signal automatically.
  3. Send a written request using our Data Rights request form or by emailing info@praxxiiglobal.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share request”. We'll confirm receipt within 10 business days and act on it within 15 business days as required by CPRA.

Other California rights

Under CCPA / CPRA you also have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, request deletion, request correction, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. See our Privacy Policy and Data Rights request form.

Authorised agents

You may designate an authorised agent to make requests on your behalf. Please include a signed authorisation and verify your identity when submitting the request.
