The decade before

Three agencies. One recurring lesson.

A decade running performance teams at FNP Global, Revenue Dealer Limited, and InfoBirth Innovations taught the same thing three different ways.

  1. FNP Global — the ownership gap.

    Scale exposed the gap between what an agency could do and what it could own. Campaigns ran. Revenue moved. But when a Stripe account froze or a chargeback ratio crept past 1.5%, no one in the building had the playbook. A 48-hour problem became a three-week one.

  2. Revenue Dealer Limited — the leverage problem.

    Senior strategists sold the work; junior teams delivered it. Margin came from leverage, not from execution depth. Clients paid for principal-level thinking and got pod-level execution.

  3. InfoBirth Innovations — the cross-border seam.

    Cross-border was a service line rather than the operating reality. India ↔ US ↔ UAE flows were stitched together by referrals — a CPA in Wyoming, a fixer in Dubai, a marketplace consultant in Bangalore — instead of operated as one stack.

The synthesis
