1. Scope
This policy covers fees paid to Praxxii Global for our services. It does not cover third-party pass-through costs (government or registrar filing fees, ad spend, and payment-gateway charges), which are non-refundable once incurred by the third party.
2. Cancelling a monthly retainer
Either party may cancel a monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice. You are billed for the notice period and work continues until it ends. No pro-rata refund applies for the current month once management work has begun (that includes campaign optimisation, media plans in progress, or scheduled reporting).
3. One-time / fixed-fee projects
For fixed-fee engagements (for example, entity registration, technical SEO reset, landing-page build, analytics implementation):
- Before work begins: full refund of the service fee, less any third-party fees already paid on your behalf.
- Once work has begun: refund of the portion not yet performed, measured against the milestones set out in the Engagement Contract, less costs incurred.
4. Completed work
Fees for work already delivered and accepted are non-refundable, because the service has been performed. Deliverables are considered accepted 7 business days after handover if no written objections are raised.
5. Consumers in the UK and EU
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside your trade, business, craft or profession) in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of ordering our services. If you ask us to begin work within that 14-day period, you may still cancel but must pay for the work performed up to the point of cancellation, calculated on a pro-rata basis. This right does not affect any other statutory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
6. Consumer clients elsewhere
Consumer clients in India, the United States, Canada, Australia and the UAE retain any non-waivable statutory rights under the consumer-protection laws of their country of residence, regardless of anything else in this policy or our Terms.
7. Ad spend and third-party pass-through
Amounts you fund for advertising spend are held for use on the advertising platforms and are governed by those platforms' own refund rules. Where an advertising platform issues a credit or refund for spend Praxxii Global funded on your behalf, we pass that credit through to you within 14 days of receipt.
8. How to request a refund or cancellation
Send an email to info@praxxiiglobal.com or use our Data rights & grievance form. Please include your name, the invoice or engagement reference, and a short reason for the request. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours of receipt.
9. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Cross-border payments may take longer depending on your bank and the payment rails involved.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a payment-network chargeback. We'll always try to resolve a legitimate concern directly, and premature chargebacks incur payment-processor fees that we may reasonably recover.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force on the date of your Engagement Contract applies to that engagement. Material changes affecting active engagements will be notified in writing.
