Our commitment
Praxxii Global is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We aim for our website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to identify and remediate gaps.
Measures taken
Praxxii Global takes the following measures to ensure accessibility on this site:
- Semantic HTML (proper heading hierarchy, lists, landmarks)
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
- Keyboard navigability for all interactive components
- ARIA labels on icon-only buttons (hamburger menu, social icons, review badges)
- Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked appropriately
- Responsive layouts that scale to 200% zoom without loss of content
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging
- A cookie consent banner that respects the Global Privacy Control signal
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, the following limitations are known:
- Some embedded SVG illustrations may lack detailed text descriptions; we are progressively adding them.
- Third-party content (Trustpilot, Google Maps, GoodFirms widgets) is governed by those providers' accessibility implementations.
- Certain decorative animations may run irrespective of
prefers-reduced-motion; we are auditing and remediating.

Assessment approach
Praxxii Global assesses the accessibility of this website by a combination of self-evaluation (manual checks against WCAG 2.1 Level AA), automated tooling (axe-core, Lighthouse), and user feedback. Formal third-party audits are planned on an annual cadence.
Compatibility
This site is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and assistive technologies including VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, and JAWS.
Roadmap
Our committed accessibility roadmap:
- Q2 2026 (current): shipped semantic HTML, ARIA labels, keyboard navigation, contrast review, alt-text pass on meaningful images, GPC-respecting consent banner.
- Q3 2026: third-party WCAG 2.1 AA conformance audit (axe-core + manual screen-reader testing on JAWS / NVDA / VoiceOver / TalkBack); publish remediation log.
- Q4 2026: WCAG 2.2 conformance target; add prefers-reduced-motion handling across all decorative animations; descriptive text alternatives for all SVG illustrations.
- 2027 ongoing: annual third-party audit, semi-annual self-evaluation, automated regression checks in CI.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response and you are based in a jurisdiction with applicable accessibility legislation, you may have a right to lodge a complaint with the relevant regulator (for example, the U.S. Department of Justice under the ADA, or the relevant national authority under the European Accessibility Act).
